Assessment & Qualification

All candidates are pre screened and/or interviewed by both our recruitment and engineering staff. Depending on the discipline area, both the role and candidate will be reviewed by either a Regalgreen Engineer or an Engineering Consultant). CV assessment through to competency based interviews are fully recorded.
